Document History
Every revision, newest first. The masthead identifier is the number of rows in this table, less one, so the version cannot drift from the record.
This table is the reason the identifier reads draft-imran-systems-and-arguments-45. It is not
decoration and it is not a changelog kept out of politeness. A claim that has been revised
four times is a different claim from one published once, and a reader who cannot see the
revisions cannot tell which they are reading. Entries are appended and never edited.
